Ownership and handover are set out in the project agreement. Bespoke deliverables can be transferred to your repository or hosting environment; pre-existing tools, open-source components and third-party assets retain their applicable licences.
How do you approach security and compliance?+
We scope access controls, encryption, validation and testing around the project’s risks. Regulated projects require agreed requirements and review with your compliance specialists. No website, audit or software build can guarantee complete security or regulatory approval.
What happens after launch?+
The proposal defines the post-launch maintenance window and included fixes. Starter and Growth proposals can include 30- or 60-day support windows, with separately agreed SLAs for enterprise work and ongoing maintenance options.
