2. Our services and your proposal
We offer web development, application development, software and full-stack development, automation and API tools, enterprise and FinTech technology, and security and optimisation services. Website descriptions explain available capabilities; they do not promise that every feature is included in every engagement.
3. Enquiries and agreements
Sending an enquiry or requesting a quote does not place an order or create a paid service contract. Before work begins, the parties should agree the scope, deliverables, fees, payment milestones, dependencies, timeline and acceptance arrangements in writing. Any agreed project contract governs that engagement; these website terms do not change an existing agreement.
4. Fees, changes and delivery
The written proposal or agreement sets out pricing, applicable taxes, third-party costs and payment terms. Changes to scope, cost or delivery dates require agreement. Timelines depend on the agreed requirements, access, content and feedback. Hosting, maintenance and ongoing support are included only where stated in the agreement.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate requirements and information you are authorised to share. You must have permission to use supplied content, software and data and to grant access to relevant systems. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal records through our general enquiry forms. Security assessments, integrations and data collection require appropriate authorisation and an agreed scope.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, designs and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the site and share links; other reuse requires permission or another lawful basis. Ownership and licences for project deliverables, source code, pre-existing tools and third-party components must be specified in the project agreement. Illustrative imagery is not evidence of particular premises, staff or completed client projects.

Do not use the website to send unlawful or abusive content, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or infringe another person’s rights. Any access to client systems is limited to the authorisation and scope agreed for the project.

Links to HostViber, WhatsApp or other external services take you to services with their own terms and privacy notices. Any purchase or subscription through those services is subject to the terms presented for that service. Check the provider, scope and charges before ordering.
9. Cancellation and consumer rights
Cancellation, termination, refunds and handover for a project must be addressed in its written agreement, subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights or remedies for services that do not meet legal requirements. These terms do not impose automatic loss of deposits or blanket non-refundable charges.
10. Website information and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but pages may change or be temporarily unavailable. Website information is general and does not replace a project assessment or professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
